Background- An individual’s personality is influenced by both human nature and culture. The culture usually introduced at birth, developed over time, nurtured as they grow up. India one of the most densely populated country known for rich heritage. Indian students are moving overseas higher studies attracted global professional opportunities world-class universities to get their dream job achieve better career prospects. ‘
 Objective- purpose this study understand whether well equipped adjust in foreign environment despite experiencing differences when reach host country. 
 Design- cultural characteristics individuals described Hofstede’s dimension theory, which a framework cross-cultural communication, Geert Hofstede (Hofstede (2011)). three sample countries chosen USA, Australia Canada based on justification that maximum proportion going these above-mentioned pursuing education.
